Dr. Dean Salo has earned a reputation as a highly respected and trusted cosmetic dentist in the Los Angeles dental community. With years of experience running highly successful multi-disciplinary practices focused on individualized care, patient education, full mouth rehabilitation, and the functional and aesthetic dental health of patients, he is committed to combining his unmatched skills and eye for aesthetics, resulting in the best outcome for his patients.

His passion for dentistry started at an early age, when he began learning the artistry in cosmetic dentistry by working in a dental lab during college. He always enjoyed the meditative and meticulous state that cosmetic dentistry requires, which allows him to utilize his fine skill and attention to detail, making it a natural fit for the work that he does.

Dr. Salo graduated from UCLA in 1989 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry as the youngest in his class and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the age of 24. He then went on to open his first practice in Beverly Hills, where he brought a fresh take to the world of modern dentistry in what was otherwise known as a cluttered dental environment.

Blending science, art, and advanced technology, Dr. Salo’s practices continue to deliver the highest quality of service and extraordinary personalized care to his patients, along with some of Los Angeles’ most famous smiles.

Dr. Madelyne Salo is a Los Angeles native and second-generation dentist building a new sort of dental practice – a practice centered on the patient as a whole person. Her work is driven by the principle that oral health and dental health are interconnected with all other areas of health, from the digestive processes to the manifestations of aging. Maintaining optimal dental health and hygiene depends on more than just an occasional trip to the dentist. It’s part of a larger mindset, one essential element in an all-around healthy lifestyle. Dr. Madelyne Salo also leads the Manhattan Beach Dental Center, a full-service private practice for General and Cosmetic Dentistry in the South Bay of Los Angeles.

Her work is driven by the principle that oral health and dental health are interconnected with all other areas of health, from the digestive processes to the manifestations of aging. When she works with her patients, Dr. Madelyne provides one-on-one attention and pays careful, well-informed consideration to more than just their teeth. She provides not just first-rate dental care, but also the information and resources they need to get the most from their dental visits and better maintain their health on their own.

A graduate of UCLA and the University of the Pacific, Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. Madelyn combines the latest in cutting-edge technology with her artistic and civic pursuits.
